Very new to guitar, my wife bought me the Ace Frehley for my birthday because I like KISS. I have always been interested in learning to play, and now I have a reason. I have bought Hal Leonard's "Guitar Method Book 1" and am working through it. A friend of mine suggested "Guitar World" and said I could learn a lot form them, so here I am. Any tips or wisdom anyone wants to pass on are greatly appreciated!

A few of my Favorite bands are; Alice Cooper, KISS, AC/DC, Queen, David Bowie, ZZ Top... (you get the idea)
