I started playing guitar in the late 1990's. When I first started I listened to alot of Nirvana, STP, Led Zepplein and The Doors. But as the more I explored the diffrent style of music there was no dening where my passion laid. It all started one day when a friend of mine played the Cowboys from Hell cd for me. I was so excited, I demanded if he had anything remotely similar to go get that shit. He returned with Slayers Reigning Blood, South of Heaven and Seasons of Abyss. As well as Anthrax's Peices of Time and Sound of White Noise. And I have to mention it was also around that time that I found Sepultra's Choas A.D. album. I was hooked and never looked back. We'll not in my playing style any how. I do still listen to a wide range of music but when I plug into my amp. If its not at least remotely fast and heavy then its not for me.
