I love music period. I was brought up listening to band like Death, Slayer, Exodus, Pantera, well I guess you can get the idea. I always have loved METAL. I played bass in a speed metal band in Fontana California, ILL WILL. It was a pretty kick ass band, we were just to young and we eventually went our own ways. I just miss that feeling I would get when the band would play for our fans. Nothing like it. I have been playing since I was about 11 years old. I am now 36. I move to Arizona about 13 years ago. I have met a few people that played, but no one I would like playing in a band with. The drummer I used to play with (Corey Lange) still plays in a Band (EMBOD). They are really good musicians. When I moved to AZ i tried to join a band but I was in bad accident and I never really called them again. I would like to play in a band in AZ someday. There are some cool bands out here and there are some crappy bands. I like playing hard and heavy bass lines. I like to play fast and with my fingers. I hope I can find a band soon because I am already 36 years old. I guess if I can't find a band soon I can always play in a Gretful Dead tribute band. HAHAHA. My main bass player influences are Geddy Lee, Steve Harris, and Les Clay Pool. I can't play like Les, howeverm I have always admired his playing style. I am studying Geddy Lee's bass style right now. He is one bad ass player. I know these are older players, but a lot of new bass players play with a pick. It might sound clean sometimes but there is nothing like pulling, plucking, slamming bass strings. It's not like a guitar that always goes out of tune. Peace out fellow Metal Heads, Head Banging, Crazy Mo Fo's.
