My name is Aaron and I'm 17. I am just a beginner. I have been interested in guitars for many years now but have only been playing for just over a year. I play fairly well for only playing for a year, but not a good as I should be because I am usually occupied by work and school. My music interest varies between heavy metal and indie music. Including bands like Megadeth, Metallica, Coheed and Cambria, Cradle of Filth, The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, Wheezer, Atreyu, Joe Satriani, and anything and everything in between. Strangely, for such a guitar freak, my most favoritest band ever ever is Mindless Self Indulgence. A band that isn't very guitar based. Mostly samples and power chords. Well, it's a tie with Steve Vai's band. After watching "G3 Live in Denver" a few times, I have decided that they are amazing. Each member convinces me. Steve is a magnificent guitarist and vocalist. He has a fantastic bassist. His backup guitarist is damn good. His drummer has a very Neal Pert-esque drumming style. Lastly, his other backup guitarist and keyboard player is amazing with the talents of being able to play both a guitar and keyboard at such a talented level and both in the same damn song. Also, I practically idolize Paul Gilbert, Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Zakk Wylde, Michael Angelo Batio, Kerry King, Buckethead, and all the other great shredders! I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON A TAB FOR THE SONG "MIDNIGHT" BY JOE SATRIANI! It will be a while as I have been very busy with work. A video will come soon after.
