I'm 55 years old, and have been playing since i have been 9 years old. I've had times where I have not played at all and times where I played every night. In the last two and a half years I have been practicing more than I ever have. Today I practice scales, lagatos, arpregios and do it with a metronome. I don't record as much as I used to but I do practice a few tunes that I've writen for future recordings.
If I could only play like this cat shoots
