umm pretty much the only thing i can think of is like try to find a bunch of ppl and ask them to plz check out ur video

I use every resource I can think of, friends, family, co-workers. i check out the video entries on this contest & if i enjoy it i give em a vote! i request them to check out mine & if they like it please give me a vote too. that's worked some! i'm sincere about my voting for people. i can't stand the way some entries solicit votes with a copy & paste that they've sent to every user at guitar world. im sick of seeing those! i actually watch the videos & see my likes & dislikes. i see what guitar & amp if i can tell, that's being used. i'm not gonna be fake & just copy & paste a request. be genuine & watch old & new video entries that u haven't seen before & pay attention to the details, i've learned things from alot of em. it takes time but you'll get results if u take time for them. also some of the guys on the top, are good guys & they'll watch & vote if u check them out, comment & vote for em. ozzycanada is a really good dude! very genuine! petermartin is a very good guy! Raggashaggas, great dude! Those guys are probably the most genuine up on the top ten! i haven't gotten to know many of them well enough to trust! those 3 i trust! this little meeker guy just wants a thumbs up on his profile & he'll watch & vote for you! just make sure you comment letting them know u gave thumbs ups or votes! sorry so long, just trying to help out with your question.
