I've been playing guitar since the age of 9. I didn't really get serious about it though until I was around 12. I started off just listening to records and reading tabs to learn how to play my favorite songs. I was in my first working band at the age of 16. I started to study music theory around the same time, and finally took some formal lessons in college at the University of Kentucky. Right now, I play in a band called No Room For Saints from New Orleans, LA. I also do some home recording stuff using a computer based DAW.
